No, it is entirely optional. Your website is yours either way. If you do not take the monthly plan, or you cancel it later, we hand the site over so you can arrange your own hosting and keep it running.

Yes, we can add extra editors to your site for a fee, so more than one person on your team can make updates.

If you take the monthly plan, we cover your hosting and make small edits each month, things like text changes, updates, and picture swaps. It does not cover new pages, new sections, or longer edits, those would be quoted separately.

Your website is yours to keep. We hand everything over so you can set up your own hosting and carry on running the site wherever you like.

Growth and Ecommerce include copywriting, so we'll write the words for you. Starter doesn't include copywriting, you provide your own text and photos, though we'll make small tweaks for SEO purposes. Full copywriting can be added to Starter as a paid add-on if you'd like us to write it instead.

You'll need to provide your own domain name, for example through 123-reg or GoDaddy. We're happy to help you sort this if needed.

We start with an onboarding process to get to know you, your branding and your goals. As we build your site, you'll get regular updates and can let us know of any revisions you'd like along the way.

Yes, on completion we'll go through the website with you during handover.
